A globally expanding fintech organization is seeking an experienced Vice President – Fintech Corporate Strategy & M&A to identify transformational growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures, and long-term investment initiatives.
This executive leadership role will influence the organization’s expansion strategy by evaluating emerging technologies, leading commercial negotiations, conducting market analysis, and managing high-value corporate transactions.
Strategic Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy
- Develop enterprise growth strategies.
- Evaluate strategic market opportunities.
- Lead long-term business planning.
- Support executive investment decisions.
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Identify acquisition targets.
- Coordinate due diligence activities.
- Lead transaction negotiations.
- Support post-acquisition integration initiatives.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor global fintech trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Evaluate investment opportunities.
- Deliver executive strategic reports.
Leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership and investors.
- Mentor strategy professionals.
- Represent the organization at international investment forums.
- Promote sustainable enterprise growth.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, fintech, or mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong financial modelling, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership and executive communication skills.
