Executive Summary
An internationally expanding financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Analytics Manager to transform enterprise financial data into strategic intelligence that drives executive decision-making, commercial growth, and operational excellence.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, data science, and business strategy. The successful candidate will lead sophisticated financial analytics initiatives, build predictive financial models, optimize profitability across digital financial products, and provide data-driven insights that influence investment decisions, product innovation, and long-term corporate planning.
Working alongside Executive Leadership, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams, you will shape the analytical foundation supporting one of the region’s most innovative fintech ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Intelligence & Strategic Analytics
- Develop enterprise financial performance models supporting executive planning.
- Build predictive revenue and profitability forecasting frameworks.
- Analyze financial trends across digital banking, payment platforms, lending solutions, and embedded finance products.
- Produce strategic financial intelligence reports for executive leadership.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that improve commercial performance.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Design advanced financial dashboards and executive scorecards.
- Analyze customer profitability, transaction behavior, and financial product performance.
- Identify emerging revenue opportunities using advanced analytics.
- Perform scenario modeling supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Translate complex financial data into executive-level business insights.
Commercial Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs across business units.
- Evaluate pricing strategies and financial product profitability.
- Support budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
- Assist investment evaluation and capital allocation initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Data Engineering, Product, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.
- Support board-level financial reporting.
- Mentor Financial Analysts and Business Intelligence professionals.
- Promote a culture of analytical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of financial analytics, corporate finance, fintech, banking, or financial consulting experience.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Experience working with enterprise financial datasets.
- Excellent executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
