An internationally focused fintech institution is searching for an innovative Consultant – Business Innovation to identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and support the launch of next-generation financial technology solutions across digital banking, payment services, financial automation, and customer engagement platforms.
This consulting-focused role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while helping shape the strategic direction of a modern fintech enterprise.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Evaluate market opportunities and emerging fintech trends.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and commercial recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Finance, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Support the design and launch of innovative financial products and services.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic planning documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Support organizational change initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Contribute to enterprise innovation strategies that enhance customer value and competitive advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
