An internationally focused fintech institution is searching for an innovative Consultant – Business Innovation to identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and support the launch of next-generation financial technology solutions across digital banking, payment services, financial automation, and customer engagement platforms.

This consulting-focused role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while helping shape the strategic direction of a modern fintech enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• Evaluate market opportunities and emerging fintech trends.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Finance, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Support the design and launch of innovative financial products and services.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic planning documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Support organizational change initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Contribute to enterprise innovation strategies that enhance customer value and competitive advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
