This role is designed for a high-level fintech executive capable of building the financial architecture behind smart city transaction ecosystems.
Mission Objective
To architect and scale integrated fintech infrastructures supporting:
- Embedded mobility payments
- Smart transportation transaction systems
- AI-powered urban commerce analytics
- Connected wallet ecosystems
- Real-time municipal financial settlement networks
Primary Responsibilities
1. Smart City Financial Infrastructure
- Design unified payment ecosystems integrating transportation, retail, utilities, and public services
- Build high-throughput transaction frameworks capable of handling millions of urban financial interactions daily
- Architect interoperable payment systems connecting digital wallets, NFC technologies, and municipal platforms
2. Embedded Mobility Finance
- Develop frictionless payment infrastructures for ride-hailing, metro systems, tolling, parking, and EV charging ecosystems
- Build automated billing and settlement systems across multi-provider transportation networks
- Design predictive transaction routing systems optimizing processing efficiency
3. Urban Financial Intelligence & Analytics
- Create AI-driven analytics platforms generating real-time insights into consumer movement, spending, and transaction behavior
- Build predictive demand and revenue models supporting smart city expansion strategies
- Integrate behavioral analytics into urban financial planning systems
4. Strategic Expansion & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Build partnerships across transportation providers, fintech platforms, infrastructure operators, and digital commerce ecosystems
- Identify monetization opportunities within smart city financial ecosystems
- Lead regional smart finance expansion initiatives across emerging urban developments
Candidate Requirements
- 12–18 years in fintech infrastructure, digital payments, smart mobility, or urban financial systems
- Strong expertise in payment orchestration, embedded finance, and transaction scalability
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital infrastructure transformation
- Deep understanding of connected commerce ecosystems and real-time financial operations
