Lead the Evolution of Financial Innovation Across Global Markets
A globally recognized fintech organization is seeking an exceptional Chief Fintech Ecosystem Innovation Officer to define and execute enterprise innovation strategies that accelerate digital transformation, strengthen financial ecosystems, and unlock new commercial opportunities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and international markets.
This executive role is designed for visionary leaders capable of integrating financial technology, artificial intelligence, strategic partnerships, and enterprise innovation into a unified growth strategy that delivers measurable business value.
Strategic Responsibilities
Enterprise Innovation Leadership
- Develop long-term innovation strategies supporting global fintech expansion.
- Establish enterprise innovation governance and strategic priorities.
- Identify disruptive technologies with commercial application.
- Lead enterprise innovation portfolios and transformation programs.
- Build collaborative ecosystems with financial institutions, technology firms, and innovation hubs.
Business Transformation
- Oversee commercialization of next-generation financial products.
- Drive enterprise digital modernization initiatives.
- Monitor market intelligence and competitive trends.
- Evaluate emerging fintech investment opportunities.
- Create innovation performance frameworks and executive scorecards.
Executive Collaboration
- Advise executive leadership on strategic innovation initiatives.
- Present business transformation strategies to boards and executive committees.
- Mentor senior leadership teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech forums and industry events.
Academic & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven success leading enterprise innovation and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
