Strategic Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise-wide fintech ecosystem strategies.
- Develop partnerships with regional and international financial institutions.

- Oversee fintech platform expansion throughout GCC markets.
- Establish enterprise governance frameworks for financial technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that improve customer financial experiences.
- Direct executive innovation committees and transformation programs.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary leadership teams.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee enterprise budgeting and investment prioritization.
- Ensure operational excellence across digital financial platforms.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification highly preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership within fintech or digital financial services.
- Strong executive leadership and strategic planning expertise.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
