Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology, Economics, or Information Technology.
- 15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Proven record leading enterprise-scale transformation.
- Exceptional commercial, operational, and strategic leadership abilities.
