About the Role
The future of lending is intelligent, frictionless, and data-driven. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Lending Solutions Architect to design and optimize next-generation lending platforms that redefine customer access to financial services across the Gulf region.
This role blends technology architecture, product innovation, business analysis, and customer experience design. You will work alongside software engineers, data scientists, credit specialists, and executive stakeholders to create lending ecosystems that are secure, scalable, and operationally efficient.
Key Deliverables
Strategic Architecture
- Design scalable digital lending platforms.
- Develop enterprise lending solution frameworks.
- Define technical standards for lending products.
- Improve platform scalability and reliability.
Product Innovation
- Collaborate on digital loan product development.
- Enhance customer onboarding and approval journeys.
- Evaluate emerging lending technologies.
- Optimize lending workflows using automation.
Business Collaboration
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support executive product strategy initiatives.
- Produce architecture documentation and technical roadmaps.
- Deliver stakeholder presentations and solution demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years in fintech architecture, lending technology, or banking solutions.
- Strong understanding of API-driven financial platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and enterprise integration.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
