About the Opportunity
A world-class fintech institution is undertaking one of the most ambitious financial modernization programmes in the Middle East and is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Technology Transformation Officer (CFTTO) to lead this strategic evolution.
The successful executive will architect enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, oversee regional digital expansion, establish innovation governance, and drive the integration of advanced financial technologies into every layer of the organization. Key Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy
- Develop and execute long-term fintech transformation roadmaps.
- Lead digital banking modernization and enterprise innovation programmes.
- Advise the Executive Board on strategic technology investments.
- Drive sustainable growth through digital capabilities.
Innovation & Technology
- Oversee modernization of financial platforms and payment ecosystems.
- Champion intelligent automation and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies for commercial adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Leadership
- Direct multidisciplinary executive teams across technology, operations, product, and finance.
- Build strategic partnerships with regional and international stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at global financial and technology forums.
- Mentor future executive leaders.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA, Executive MBA, or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, digital finance, or enterprise technology.
- Proven record of leading complex transformation programmes.
- Exceptional executive communication and strategic decision-making skills.
