Key Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Establish financial data governance policies.
- Lead enterprise data modernization programmes.

- Oversee advanced analytics and business intelligence platforms.
- Strengthen regulatory compliance through intelligent automation.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology and financial institutions.
- Present governance strategies to Executive Committees and Board members.
- Mentor international teams across data science, engineering, and compliance.
- Champion innovation, transparency, and operational excellence.
Executive Requirements
- Master’s Degree or MBA in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership in fintech, banking, enterprise data, or digital transformation.
- Extensive expertise in AI governance, cloud computing, enterprise analytics, financial technology, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
