An internationally expanding fintech institution is searching for an exceptional Quantum Finance Strategist to lead the convergence of financial innovation, intelligent automation, digital banking transformation, and enterprise-scale financial infrastructure.
This is not a conventional leadership position—it is an opportunity to architect the strategic direction of future financial ecosystems across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Your Executive Mandate

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA, MSc, or Executive Leadership qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience within fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
