Executive Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA, Executive MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success leading multinational transformation programmes.
- Outstanding executive communication, commercial leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
