Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this strategic executive will define long-term technology investments, champion AI-driven financial solutions, oversee digital banking modernization, and build strategic alliances that accelerate international growth.

Primary Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise fintech innovation strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead modernization of digital banking and payment infrastructures.

- Build scalable financial technology platforms supporting cross-border operations.

- Oversee technology investment portfolios and digital transformation programmes.

- Lead multidisciplinary executive, engineering, and product teams.

Executive Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or digital financial services.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in AI, cloud computing, Open Banking, digital payments, enterprise architecture, and financial innovation.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
