A globally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President – Financial Cloud Engineering & Platform Reliability to lead enterprise cloud transformation, platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, and operational resilience.
This executive leadership role will oversee high-performing engineering teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and highly available financial platforms that power digital banking, payment ecosystems, and enterprise financial applications.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise cloud transformation strategies.
- Lead platform engineering and infrastructure modernization.
- Build resilient cloud-native financial systems.
- Drive DevSecOps and automation initiatives.
- Strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience.
- Oversee enterprise disaster recovery planning.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability.
- Lead international engineering and operations teams.
- Collaborate with product, security, and executive leadership.
- Deliver continuous innovation across enterprise technology platforms.
Professional Profile
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12–15 years of leadership experience in cloud engineering, fintech infrastructure, enterprise technology, or digital banking.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, cloud computing, containerization, infrastructure automation, cybersecurity, API management, and platform reliability.
- Demonstrated success delivering mission-critical financial technology programmes.
