A prestigious multinational financial technology organization is launching one of the Gulf region’s most ambitious digital banking transformation programmes and is seeking an exceptional Global Chief Digital Banking Transformation Officer to lead this strategic initiative.
This executive position is responsible for shaping enterprise-wide banking innovation, driving digital modernization, overseeing intelligent financial ecosystems, and delivering scalable banking technologies that serve millions of customers across regional and international markets.
Working directly with the Executive Board, you will influence strategic investment decisions, enterprise technology roadmaps, and long-term business growth while building world-class financial solutions powered by artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and intelligent automation.
Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define enterprise digital banking vision and transformation roadmap.
- Lead modernization of retail, corporate, and commercial banking platforms.
- Build scalable AI-driven financial ecosystems.
- Drive enterprise innovation and technology investment strategies.
- Establish strategic alliances with financial institutions and technology partners.
- Oversee digital product governance and commercialization.
- Strengthen enterprise operational resilience.
- Lead executive transformation programmes across multiple business divisions.
- Present innovation strategies to Board members and investors.
- Champion organizational excellence and continuous innovation.
Executive Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, digital finance, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Deep knowledge of AI, Open Banking, cloud technologies, payment systems, and financial regulations.
- Outstanding leadership, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement skills.
