- Establish governance standards for financial data quality, ethics, and security.
- Build intelligent executive dashboards supporting strategic planning.
Digital Innovation
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives across payments, lending, treasury, and digital banking.
- Introduce automation technologies that optimize operational efficiency.
- Champion enterprise-wide AI transformation programs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on intelligent financial platforms.
Executive Leadership
- Advise the Board and Executive Committee on emerging fintech trends.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- MBA, MSc, or Executive Leadership qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, AI, or enterprise technology.
