Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA, MSc, or Executive Leadership qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years’ progressive leadership experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or payment technology.
- Proven success leading enterprise digital transformation programmes.
- Experience managing multinational executive teams.
