Executive Overview
An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking a transformational Chief Financial Ecosystem Integration Officer (CFEIO) to architect the future of connected financial services across the GCC.
This executive role will oversee the integration of digital banking platforms, payment ecosystems, enterprise APIs, AI-powered financial services, and strategic partnerships that enable seamless financial experiences for consumers, enterprises, and institutional clients.
Working directly with the Executive Board, you will shape long-term corporate strategy, lead regional innovation programmes, and build one of the Gulf’s most advanced financial ecosystems.
Key Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy
- Define the corporate vision for financial ecosystem integration.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.
- Develop scalable platform connectivity strategies.
- Identify investment opportunities in emerging financial technologies.
- Accelerate regional business expansion.
Technology & Innovation
- Oversee enterprise API ecosystems.
- Lead intelligent financial platform modernization.
- Drive AI-powered customer engagement.
- Strengthen cloud-native financial infrastructure.
- Champion continuous technology innovation.
Commercial Leadership
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Expand embedded financial services.
- Increase enterprise revenue through ecosystem partnerships.
- Launch innovative digital financial solutions.
Corporate Governance
- Report directly to the Board of Directors.
- Lead multinational executive teams.
- Develop enterprise governance frameworks.
- Mentor senior leadership across business functions.
Executive Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15β20 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or digital financial services.
- Proven success leading complex transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding strategic leadership and commercial negotiation skills.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
