Role Summary
An ambitious fintech enterprise is expanding its regional operations and seeks an experienced Manager – Digital Asset Operations & Financial Platforms to oversee mission-critical operational frameworks supporting digital financial products, transaction processing, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise platform performance.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning operations, engineering, customer success, finance, compliance, and product development to ensure exceptional service reliability and operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage enterprise fintech operational activities.
- Improve digital platform performance.
- Coordinate transaction processing operations.
- Optimize financial workflow automation.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service metrics.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on platform enhancements.

- Develop scalable operational frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Technology.
- 7+ years’ experience in fintech operations or digital financial services.
- Experience managing enterprise operational environments.
- Strong project management capability.
- Experience with financial technology platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
