Strategic Mandate

To lead the creation of an advanced financial super-platform integrating:

• Savings and wealth modules
• Embedded insurance and financial protection products
• Marketplace and lifestyle integrations
• AI-powered financial personalization systems

Primary Responsibilities

1. Super-App Ecosystem Strategy

• Define long-term platform architecture and expansion strategy
• Build interconnected financial modules operating within a unified user ecosystem
• Design scalable infrastructures supporting millions of active users across multiple markets

2. User Experience & Financial Engagement

• Develop highly personalized financial experiences driven by behavioral analytics
• Integrate AI recommendation systems optimizing spending, saving, and financial planning behavior
• Create seamless onboarding and transaction flows minimizing friction

3. Platform Monetization & Growth

• Design diversified revenue strategies across payments, subscriptions, financial products, and partnerships
• Expand ecosystem partnerships across fintech, retail, logistics, and mobility sectors
• Optimize customer lifetime value and ecosystem retention metrics

4. Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Explore integration of digital assets, tokenized loyalty ecosystems, and programmable rewards
• Lead experimentation around conversational finance and AI-powered financial assistants
• Evaluate future technologies capable of enhancing ecosystem scalability and engagement

Candidate Requirements

• 12+ years in fintech product leadership, digital platforms, or ecosystem strategy
• Strong expertise in payments, digital banking, and consumer financial technology
• Experience launching or scaling large multi-service digital platforms
• Exceptional strategic vision combined with operational execution capability
