This is a fully remote executive leadership role with strategic ownership across high-value financial transformation programs, long-term enterprise competitiveness, and institutional fintech modernization across the GCC.

Executive Leadership Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Banking Transformation Leadership

Lead strategic modernization across digital banking systems, treasury operations, payment orchestration layers, enterprise settlement engines, and institutional transaction platforms.

Develop long-term architecture roadmaps for replacing legacy operational models with scalable, secure, cloud-enabled financial ecosystems.

Create unified enterprise transformation frameworks aligned with institutional growth and market competitiveness.


2. Institutional Payments & Settlement Infrastructure Strategy

Oversee modernization of payment rails, merchant infrastructure, settlement platforms, liquidity systems, and enterprise transaction services.

Improve transaction speed, resilience, interoperability, and operational continuity across domestic and international payment ecosystems.

Drive strategic performance across mission-critical financial infrastructure.


3. Executive Governance, Compliance & Operational Risk Leadership

Define governance structures for resilience, fraud prevention, operational continuity, enterprise security, and financial systems trust.

Partner with executive risk, treasury, compliance, and finance leadership to align fintech modernization with institutional governance requirements.

Strengthen board-level visibility across transformation investment decisions.


4. C-Suite Advisory & Institutional Strategy Influence

Act as strategic advisor to executive leadership, boards, and enterprise transformation committees.

Translate technology investment decisions into measurable outcomes across profitability, efficiency, market leadership, and institutional resilience.

Provide executive oversight across long-term modernization programs.
