Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to embed personalization into user journeys
- Continuously refine algorithms based on user interaction data

Technical Competencies

Professional Profile
- 5–9 years in AI engineering, fintech analytics, or data-driven product roles
- Experience building scalable personalization systems or recommendation engines
