The Strategic Opportunity

A next-generation financial innovation platform is hiring a highly strategic Account Executive – Embedded Finance & Lending Solutions to drive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion across embedded finance products, SME lending solutions, BNPL ecosystems, merchant funding services, and intelligent credit delivery platforms.

This role focuses on helping businesses access smarter financial solutions by building trusted commercial relationships with enterprise clients, merchants, financial partners, and lending stakeholders.

The successful professional will help shape how businesses and consumers access credit by delivering financial solutions that are faster, more flexible, and better aligned with modern commercial realities.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales professional who wants to sell meaningful financial transformation—not generic financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across lending platforms, merchant funding ecosystems, and embedded finance partnerships

• Build strong commercial relationships with SMEs, enterprise merchants, institutional clients, and strategic lending partners

• Present lending solutions including BNPL services, merchant financing, repayment systems, and embedded credit products

• Collaborate with underwriting teams, compliance leaders, operations managers, and product specialists for smooth client onboarding

• Manage sales pipeline development, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting

• Identify upselling opportunities across financial services, treasury support, and customer growth solutions

• Strengthen account retention through proactive relationship management and long-term strategic support

• Monitor market demand, competitor positioning, and customer financial behavior across Saudi Arabia

• Support go-to-market strategies for new lending products and customer financing innovations

• Represent the business during strategic meetings, partner negotiations, and financial industry networking events

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent qualification

• 3–6+ years of experience in fintech sales, banking relationship management, lending products, or enterprise account management

• Strong expertise in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and strategic account development

• Experience selling lending services, SME finance products, or embedded financial solutions is highly valuable

• Strong understanding of customer financial needs and relationship-driven commercial growth

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales execution skills
