Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise innovation and venture growth strategies.
- Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and investment opportunities.
- Lead strategic partnerships with venture ecosystems, financial institutions, and technology innovators.
- Oversee commercialization of next-generation financial products.
- Build enterprise innovation governance frameworks.
- Direct cross-functional innovation programs from concept to market launch.
- Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and board committees.
- Represent the organization at global fintech summits and innovation forums.
- Mentor senior innovation leaders and commercial teams.
- Strengthen the organization’s long-term competitive position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within fintech, venture development, banking innovation, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated success launching or scaling financial technology initiatives.
- Outstanding executive leadership, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
