Accelerate Enterprise Growth Across the Gulf’s Digital Financial Economy
A rapidly growing international fintech enterprise is seeking a commercially driven Vice President – Fintech Enterprise Sales & Strategic Accounts to lead high-value client acquisition, strategic account management, and regional revenue growth.
This executive leadership role is responsible for building relationships with financial institutions, multinational enterprises, payment providers, and government entities while expanding the organization’s presence across key Gulf markets.
Strategic Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Develop enterprise sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities across the GCC.
- Expand strategic client portfolios.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Strategic Account Management
- Build long-term executive relationships.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations.
- Develop account growth strategies.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Commercial Leadership
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Support enterprise solution development.
- Monitor market intelligence and competitive trends.
- Present business performance to executive leadership.
Leadership
- Lead high-performing sales and account management teams.
- Mentor future commercial leaders.
- Promote a culture of customer excellence and accountability.
- Represent the organization at regional fintech events.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales, fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
