Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Improve user journeys through data-driven design decisions.
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure responsive and accessible design across multiple devices.
- Analyze user feedback and recommend design improvements.
- Participate in product discovery and design workshops.
- Prepare design specifications for development teams.
- Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and UI best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards.
- Excellent visual design and typography skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A professional portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.
