This role combines strategic planning, market intelligence, AI-driven financial insights, ecosystem partnerships, and innovation leadership to unlock new commercial opportunities across the Gulf region.
Your Mission
Design and execute enterprise strategies that transform financial data into measurable business value while enabling intelligent financial experiences across digital platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise embedded finance strategies.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and fintech market analysis.
- Identify emerging commercial opportunities across digital ecosystems.
- Lead financial product strategy from concept through commercialization.
- Create predictive models supporting strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on investment priorities.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities with banks, payment providers, and technology firms.
- Monitor financial technology trends and regulatory developments.
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation performance.
- Produce executive reports and strategic recommendations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of strategic experience within fintech, banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams.
- Advanced presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
