PAYMENT INTELLIGENCE
Analyze how AI can improve:
- Transaction authorization
- Payment routing
- Fraud detection

CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE
Develop frameworks that enable fintech platforms to understand:
Who is the customer?
What does the customer need?
What will the customer need next?
How should the platform respond?
Apply behavioral analytics and machine intelligence to improve digital financial experiences.
COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
Identify opportunities across:
- Embedded payments
- Digital wallets

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are seeking an accomplished professional with:
- 8–14 years of fintech, banking, payments, consulting or technology experience.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems.
- Excellent strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Working knowledge of AI and machine-learning applications.
- Experience with digital financial products.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to interpret complex market data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Indicative Compensation
BHD 5,000 – 8,000 monthly
Final compensation may reflect professional experience, strategic responsibility and technical expertise.
