Role Purpose
Build and strengthen digital-identity capabilities that allow financial platforms to authenticate customers securely while creating seamless digital onboarding and account-access experiences.
Responsibilities

Develop digital-identity strategies for fintech and banking applications.

Design and improve customer identity-verification journeys.
-
Work with engineering teams on authentication and identity-management solutions.

Support secure digital onboarding and account-recovery processes.
-
Evaluate identity technologies, biometric solutions and authentication mechanisms.

Establish identity-security controls for digital financial applications.
-
Analyze identity-related fraud patterns and recommend preventive measures.
-
Support integration of identity services through secure APIs.
-
Monitor authentication performance and customer-friction metrics.
-
Participate in security assessments and technology evaluations.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in digital identity, cybersecurity, fintech or banking technology.

Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management.

Experience with APIs, identity platforms and security technologies.
-
Knowledge of digital onboarding and customer-verification environments.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Expertise
Experience with identity standards, biometrics, multi-factor authentication, cloud security and identity-access management will be highly valued.
