A forward-thinking financial technology organization is expanding its next-generation engineering division and seeks a highly skilled Lead Blockchain Security & Digital Infrastructure Engineer to build resilient, secure, and scalable financial platforms that support digital assets, enterprise payment systems, and distributed financial applications.
You will play a critical role in designing secure blockchain environments, strengthening enterprise infrastructure, and protecting mission-critical financial systems against evolving cyber threats while enabling rapid innovation.
Core Responsibilities
Blockchain & Infrastructure
- Design secure distributed ledger infrastructure.
- Develop enterprise blockchain integration frameworks.
- Optimize platform scalability and performance.
- Build resilient cloud-native environments.
- Strengthen digital asset security controls.
Cybersecurity Engineering
- Implement Zero Trust architecture principles.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.
- Improve identity and access management.
- Develop secure cryptographic key management practices.
- Enhance infrastructure monitoring and threat detection.
Engineering Leadership
- Lead architecture reviews and technical governance.
- Mentor software and infrastructure engineers.
- Define engineering standards and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cloud, DevSecOps, and product teams.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain and cybersecurity technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in blockchain engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or fintech platform development.
- Expertise in blockchain frameworks, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Linux, Python, Go, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), cryptography, and DevSecOps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
