Position Overview
A pioneering financial technology organization is seeking an internationally respected Executive Director – Digital Identity, Trust Services & Financial Security to lead the design of secure digital identity ecosystems protecting enterprise financial platforms, digital banking environments, and cross-border financial services.
This strategic leadership appointment combines digital identity governance, authentication innovation, fraud prevention, privacy engineering, and cybersecurity strategy to build trusted financial experiences for businesses and consumers throughout the GCC.
Leadership Responsibilities
Digital Trust Strategy
- Establish enterprise digital identity frameworks.
- Lead authentication modernization initiatives.
- Build customer trust programmes.
- Improve digital onboarding experiences.
- Strengthen identity governance.
Security Leadership
- Develop fraud prevention strategies.
- Improve enterprise cyber resilience.
- Lead trust service innovation.
- Oversee security compliance programmes.
- Collaborate with executive technology leadership.
Business Growth
- Support international expansion.
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Represent the organization globally.
- Mentor senior cybersecurity and technology leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Digital Identity, Information Systems, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 14 years of senior leadership experience.
- Strong fintech or banking security background.
- Experience leading enterprise identity programmes.
- Excellent strategic planning and executive communication skills.
