Position Overview
Modern financial ecosystems require highly resilient, scalable, and secure technology infrastructures capable of processing millions of transactions without interruption. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Platform Reliability Manager – Financial Infrastructure to oversee mission-critical fintech platforms supporting digital banking, payment processing, financial analytics, and enterprise applications.
This position offers the opportunity to lead infrastructure modernization initiatives while implementing best practices in cloud engineering, automation, cybersecurity, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Excellence
- Manage highly available financial platforms.
- Design disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
- Improve infrastructure scalability and resilience.
Operational Leadership
- Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
- Establish platform monitoring standards.
- Reduce operational risks through automation.
- Enhance system availability and incident response.
Technology Modernization
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Support cloud migration programmes.
- Integrate observability and monitoring platforms.
- Drive continuous infrastructure optimization.
Security & Compliance
- Strengthen infrastructure security controls.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Conduct operational risk assessments.
- Maintain enterprise resilience standards.
Professional Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure or fintech operations.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Linux, CI/CD, and monitoring technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
