Key Responsibilities
Product Operations & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize performance of payment products.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Develop operational frameworks for product scalability.
- Ensure smooth execution of product releases and updates.
- Track KPIs related to user engagement and transaction success rates.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities.

- Support onboarding and support processes.
Data-Driven Decision Making
