Key Responsibilities

Product Operations & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize performance of payment products.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Develop operational frameworks for product scalability.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product releases and updates.
  • Track KPIs related to user engagement and transaction success rates.

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to improve product usability.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure consistent experience across multiple product channels.
  • Support onboarding and support processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data analytics to inform product improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations or fintech roles.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and customer experience.
