Position Overview
As financial institutions accelerate digital transformation, a high-growth fintech programme is recruiting an experienced Head of Financial API Ecosystems & Platform Integration to lead the development of enterprise API strategies that connect financial platforms, payment systems, banking applications, and third-party digital services.
This position offers the opportunity to shape highly scalable integration frameworks while enabling seamless financial experiences across enterprise environments.
Primary Responsibilities
Platform Strategy
- Develop enterprise API governance frameworks.
- Design scalable financial integration architecture.
- Lead API lifecycle management.
- Expand ecosystem connectivity.

- Enable embedded financial services.

- Drive financial product interoperability.

Operational Leadership
- Manage cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Technology, or Finance.
- 12+ years of fintech or enterprise technology experience.
- Strong leadership in API architecture and digital integration.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital programmes.
