An internationally focused financial technology organization is expanding its engineering capabilities and is seeking a Senior FinTech Integration Developer to design and deliver mission-critical integration solutions that power digital banking, payment orchestration, embedded finance, and financial data ecosystems across regional and international markets.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact platforms that enable seamless financial connectivity through APIs, cloud-native technologies, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise integration platforms supporting financial services.
- Build highly secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design middleware solutions connecting banking systems, payment platforms, and financial applications.
- Develop scalable microservices using modern software engineering methodologies.
- Integrate third-party financial services through standardized APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption protocols.
- Develop asynchronous messaging solutions using enterprise event streaming technologies.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers and DevOps teams to automate deployments.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation and integration specifications.
- Participate in architecture governance and solution design reviews.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing enterprise software.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of secure software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
