Position Overview
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Cloud Application Developer to build and optimize cloud-native applications supporting digital banking and financial technology services. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in cloud computing, modern software architecture, and scalable application development.
The successful candidate will work closely with cloud architects, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and product teams to design resilient applications that deliver exceptional performance, availability, and security across enterprise cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Build secure APIs and distributed application services.
- Integrate applications with cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Develop scalable microservices and serverless solutions.
- Optimize application performance, availability, and resilience.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD implementation.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Monitor application health and performance metrics.
- Conduct automated testing and quality assurance activities.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Participate in Agile development ceremonies.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies.
- Contribute to continuous innovation across engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of C#, Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of secure software development.
