A high-growth fintech organization is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical financial applications, digital banking services, and enterprise payment platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to automate infrastructure, improve system reliability, and ensure uninterrupted availability for high-volume financial services operating across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure
- Design scalable cloud-native environments.
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code.
- Optimize platform reliability and availability.
- Build secure containerized application environments.
Continuous Delivery
- Develop CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve software deployment automation.
- Enhance engineering productivity.
- Reduce release cycle times.
Reliability Engineering
- Monitor system performance and health.
- Build observability dashboards.
- Improve disaster recovery capabilities.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents.
Security & Compliance
- Integrate security into deployment workflows.
- Strengthen cloud identity management.
- Support secure software delivery practices.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 6+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial applications.
- Strong cloud engineering expertise.
