Key Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps supporting long-term organizational growth.
• Identify new market opportunities through customer research and industry analysis.
• Drive digital innovation across banking and financial services platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineering, cybersecurity, UX, and data teams.
• Manage product investment decisions and portfolio performance.
• Oversee product launch strategies and commercialization activities.
• Ensure product compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Establish customer success metrics and performance dashboards.
• Optimize customer journeys using data-driven insights.
• Build strategic partnerships supporting product innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience leading product organizations within fintech, banking, digital payments, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems and financial technology.
• Experience managing enterprise product portfolios.
