This organization is developing adaptive financial ecosystems integrating AI-powered customer engagement analytics, embedded retail payment systems, predictive consumer spending intelligence platforms, intelligent merchant onboarding environments, cloud-native transaction ecosystems, digital loyalty infrastructures, and scalable financial accessibility architectures supporting millions of enterprise and consumer transactions.
The role is designed for commercially intelligent fintech professionals capable of combining customer acquisition strategy, digital payment modernization, behavioral finance optimization, and enterprise operational scalability into sustainable next-generation commerce-finance ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives involving customer lifecycle ecosystems, merchant engagement infrastructures, operational payment intelligence environments, and digital commerce transformation platforms.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Fintech Customer Acquisition & Embedded Commerce Director will supervise enterprise growth modernization involving embedded commerce ecosystems, intelligent customer interaction infrastructures, operational finance visibility systems, and merchant engagement optimization frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, customer finance strategy, digital transformation governance, and enterprise commerce modernization.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise commerce-finance modernization and customer acquisition transformation initiatives
- Develop scalable customer onboarding and merchant engagement frameworks
- Build AI-powered customer analytics systems improving transaction adoption and financial retention
- Coordinate digital loyalty modernization and embedded payment optimization programs
- Improve customer transaction continuity and operational commerce-finance ecosystems
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, operations, and product teams
- Strengthen merchant lifecycle infrastructures and enterprise payment visibility systems
- Conduct behavioral finance analysis identifying future customer engagement opportunities
- Support enterprise scalability initiatives through intelligent retail finance modernization strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future embedded commerce ecosystems
- Supervise operational reporting and customer lifecycle optimization programs
- Mentor multidisciplinary customer engagement and operational modernization teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech growth strategy, customer engagement ecosystems, embedded commerce, or payment modernization initiatives
- Strong expertise in customer lifecycle optimization and merchant finance ecosystems
- Deep understanding of AI-powered behavioral analytics and digital payment infrastructures
- Experience leading enterprise commercial transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native financial environments and embedded transaction systems
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC commerce-finance ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
