A fast-growing financial technology operation in Doha is hiring a Senior AI & Financial Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise intelligence systems across fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, customer risk analysis, and operational automation within advanced fintech platforms.
This position is ideal for a professional who combines technical AI expertise with deep financial services understanding and can transform raw financial data into actionable intelligence that improves security, compliance, profitability, and customer trust.
The successful candidate will oversee the development of intelligent monitoring systems, predictive analytics frameworks, and decision-support engines that power next-generation financial operations.
This role offers strong strategic exposure across fintech innovation, executive reporting, and regional financial transformation.
Key Duties
- Lead AI-driven financial intelligence programs across payments, transactions, and customer risk systems
- Build predictive fraud detection models and transaction anomaly monitoring frameworks
- Strengthen AML monitoring systems using machine learning and behavioral analytics
- Design customer risk scoring models and financial behavior intelligence tools
- Improve reconciliation processes and financial operations through automation and intelligent workflow design
- Partner with compliance, finance, and operations teams to strengthen decision accuracy and control effectiveness
- Introduce advanced reporting dashboards for executive visibility across transaction ecosystems
- Support customer lifecycle intelligence and proactive risk management strategies
- Optimize payment success rates and fraud reduction through intelligent analytics
- Evaluate new AI technologies for operational efficiency and financial resilience
- Manage data governance, reporting integrity, and regulatory alignment standards
- Develop internal AI capability and mentor financial intelligence teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Professional certifications in analytics, AI, or financial risk management preferred
- 7+ years of experience in fintech analytics, AI systems, fraud intelligence, or financial operations
- Strong understanding of machine learning applications in financial services
- Experience across payments, AML systems, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring
- Strong knowledge of Qatar financial compliance expectations and digital finance operations
- Excellent analytical thinking and cross-functional leadership capability
- Ability to translate complex data insights into strategic executive decisions
