Position Title: Remote Fintech Product Manager – Digital Banking

Role Context
Within a rapidly digitizing financial services landscape, the Fintech Product Manager will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking products, focusing on customer-centric innovation, regulatory alignment, and scalable architecture. This role requires balancing commercial strategy, technical feasibility, and user experience design in a remote-first environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps for mobile banking, digital wallets, and embedded finance solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance digital customer journeys
- Coordinate with engineering teams on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release cycles
- Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs, churn rates, engagement levels)
- Integrate regulatory considerations into product design, ensuring compliance with regional financial frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis across GCC fintech ecosystems
Key Deliverables
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Go-to-market strategies for new financial features
- User adoption and retention improvement plans
- Performance dashboards and product analytics reports
Technical & Functional Competencies
- Strong understanding of API-driven banking systems and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Open Banking frameworks and payment integrations
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Data-driven decision-making using analytics platforms
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech product management or digital banking
- Proven ability to launch and scale financial products
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, KYC onboarding, and digital identity verification
