Position Overview

The successful candidate will work alongside senior investment professionals to evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial modelling, monitor market developments, and prepare research reports that support informed investment decisions across diversified asset portfolios.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities.
  • Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic indicators.
  • Build and maintain financial models for investment evaluation.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and research reports.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and benchmark comparisons.
  • Assess industry trends and macroeconomic developments.
  • Support portfolio managers with investment recommendations.
  • Perform company valuation using recognized financial methodologies.
  • Track financial market developments and investment risks.
  • Prepare presentations for investment committee meetings.
  • Maintain financial databases and research resources.
  • Collaborate with risk management and finance teams.
  • Assist with portfolio rebalancing activities.
  • Support strategic asset allocation analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of investment research processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in investment analysis, equity research, corporate finance, or financial services.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial information effectively.
