Position Overview

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end testing activities, mentor junior QA professionals, strengthen quality governance practices, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software quality assurance activities across multiple projects.
- Develop detailed test strategies, execution plans, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate functional, system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
- Perform API, database, and backend validation.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Monitor software quality metrics and testing performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring software issues.
- Review software requirements to identify potential quality risks.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and analysts.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Support release readiness assessments and production validation.
- Prepare executive quality reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with internal software quality standards.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance software reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Extensive experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in API testing, SQL, and defect management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application testing.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
