THE FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE MANDATE
Behind every successful fintech platform is a financial engine that must continuously balance liquidity, transaction flows, settlement obligations, cash positions and commercial performance.
The Analyst will provide the quantitative intelligence required to understand these movements and support informed treasury and financial decisions.
This position combines financial analysis, fintech infrastructure and data intelligence in an environment where analytical precision directly influences financial performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse daily liquidity positions and financial flows.

Monitor payment and settlement activity.

Develop cash-flow forecasts and liquidity models.

Analyse transaction volumes and financial trends.

Identify liquidity pressures and unusual financial movements.

Develop financial dashboards and executive reporting.

Analyse treasury performance and funding requirements.

Support scenario analysis and financial stress testing.

Collaborate with treasury, finance, payments, risk and technology teams.

Identify opportunities to automate financial reporting and analysis.
INTELLIGENCE FRAMEWORK
Liquidity Analytics
Understand current and projected liquidity positions.
Payment Intelligence
Analyse transaction flows, settlement patterns and payment obligations.
Forecasting
Develop quantitative forecasts for financial flows and liquidity requirements.
Scenario Modelling
Assess potential outcomes under changing transaction volumes, market conditions and operational assumptions.
Executive Intelligence
Transform complex financial data into concise recommendations for decision-makers.
ANALYTICAL TOOLKIT
Experience with:
Advanced Excel • SQL • Python • Financial Modelling • Data Visualisation • Forecasting • Scenario Analysis • Treasury Analytics

IDEAL PROFILE

4–8 years in treasury, financial analysis, fintech, banking or financial analytics.

Strong understanding of cash flow and liquidity principles.

Excellent quantitative and financial-modelling skills.

Advanced Excel and SQL capabilities.

Python or equivalent analytical programming experience advantageous.

Strong understanding of payment and settlement environments.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to communicate quantitative conclusions clearly to senior stakeholders.
INDICATIVE PACKAGE
QAR 25,000–40,000 monthly, depending on experience and analytical expertise, with potential performance incentives and additional benefits.
