You will connect AI, financial analytics, customer behaviour, investment technology and commercial strategy into a coherent growth architecture.
STRATEGIC MANDATE
Intelligence
Identify how AI and advanced analytics can improve digital investment experiences.
Personalisation
Develop strategies for more intelligent, data-driven customer experiences.
Product Innovation
Identify emerging WealthTech opportunities and translate them into product concepts.
Market Strategy
Analyse market dynamics, customer segments and competitive positioning.
Commercial Economics
Develop business cases, revenue models and growth strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop long-term WealthTech strategy.
- Analyse emerging investment-technology trends.
- Identify AI opportunities across digital financial experiences.
- Develop customer and behavioural intelligence frameworks.
- Evaluate digital investment products.
- Build market-entry and expansion strategies.
- Develop strategic business cases.
- Analyse competitive positioning.
- Establish product and commercial KPIs.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate product, data, technology and commercial teams.

IDEAL PROFILE
- 7–12 years in fintech, WealthTech, banking, consulting, investment technology or digital strategy.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and digital platforms.
- Excellent strategic and commercial analysis.
- Strong understanding of AI and financial analytics.
- Experience developing product or market strategies.
- Exceptional presentation and executive-communication skills.
- International or GCC experience advantageous.
INDICATIVE PACKAGE
AED 48,000–75,000 monthly, depending on experience and strategic scope, with potential performance incentives and executive benefits.
