This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities by delivering a premium customer experience within a dynamic environment focused on digital banking, financial innovation, payment technologies, and enterprise solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as the face of the organization while supporting executive operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, partners, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the executive reception area and maintain an outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and executive schedules.
  • Assist with visitor registration and security procedures.
  • Prepare meeting facilities for senior management and international guests.
  • Coordinate courier services, correspondence, and office documentation.
  • Support travel arrangements and administrative logistics.
  • Maintain confidential records and office filing systems.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Executive Management to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in reception, front office administration, customer service, or executive support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern office management systems.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
