An innovative fintech organization is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist – Digital Workplace Services to support daily office operations while delivering an outstanding experience for visitors, employees, and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities to ensure efficient administrative coordination within a modern digital financial services environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming communications.
  • Manage reception activities and maintain a professional front office environment.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access, and office schedules.
  • Assist with executive administrative support and office logistics.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and direct communications appropriately.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees and visiting consultants.
  • Coordinate courier services, office supplies, and facility requests.
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in workplace efficiency and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office tools.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
