A globally respected fintech banking organization is seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to support its Executive Office and Corporate Operations Division.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who understand that outstanding reception services are built on professionalism, discretion, organization, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will serve as the organization’s ambassador, ensuring that every executive guest, client, regulator, investor, and business partner receives an outstanding first impression.

Working closely with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Legal, Compliance, and Administrative Services, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of a dynamic international workplace.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Manage executive reception and visitor engagement activities.
  • Coordinate executive meeting room scheduling and hospitality services.
  • Welcome international visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and administrative documentation.
  • Manage incoming communications across telephone, email, and reception channels.
  • Support executive travel coordination and visitor logistics.
  • Maintain visitor access records and reception reporting.
  • Coordinate office supplies and reception facilities.
  • Assist administrative teams with documentation and record management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security and confidentiality standards.
  • Support company events, executive meetings, and business functions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within corporate services.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive reception, administration, hospitality, banking, or corporate office support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
